Temptation for a Demon

Trouble doesn’t just happen, and it never comes alone.

An old, well-known truth for any witch. But when during a lesson a demon tumbled from a portal right under my feet… Yes, yes, the real one—with wings, fire magic, and a craving… no, not to eat me and not to kill me—just to mess with my nerves, and to hide from the coming catastrophe I didn’t have time for.

So that’s how we live now… in the same little cottage! We live well. Every day we replenish our stock of broken dishes, we use a spell of an ice boulder to relieve stress, and we scare everyone in school with new teaching methods. And I would throw out the uninvited guest—honest-to-goodness witch’s honor—except… This accursed demon saved my life, and later it turned out the most interesting thing: I am his mate!

Damn it, swamp trash—don’t mess with a witch! Anyone. Even a demon!
