When, in the dressing room after a show, the body of the famous comedian Darius “Cyclops” is found, journalist Lucretia Nimrod and her longtime friend Isidor Katzenberg take on the investigation. The only ones who suspect that Cyclops didn’t die of his own accord. Very soon, it becomes clear that a mysterious community called GHL is involved in the incident.
What’s more, they find a certain casket—its contents bring death to anyone who opens it. And there’s also the realization that laughter is far more mysterious, complex, and dangerous than people think. Can laughter kill?
