A Modest Girl for a Battle Mage

Got in trouble? It happens to everyone. But why immediately send me to the academy, train clumsy little pups as punishment—like there wasn’t any other place to mete out consequences? Apparently they have field practice… So what am I supposed to do? Wipe someone’s snot? And they even forced a whole pack of healer girls on me, as if there weren’t already enough problems without them! One of them especially gets on my nerves—a know-it-all who can hassle even a dead man!

With this practice, things are not as they seem!

Not only was I not supposed to be there at all, but they also assigned a haughty mage as our supervisor—one who decided that everything was permissible for him. And for all he knows, he didn’t even bother to read the charter; instead, he runs us healers around on a par with future combat mages! He treats us as if we’re worth nothing, and he keeps looking… Only he looks at me in a somehow special way. Or am I imagining it?
