Jack the Ripper Syndrome

A maniac appears in the streets of a metropolis, looking like the legendary Jack the Ripper. The new Jack is even more dangerous: he has all the possibilities of the 21st century at his disposal, and his victim could be any woman he deems “cheap”—which means no one is safe from the crazed murderer.
