The Jester

Having tricked the king, Tempest finally earned a place on the royal council, but now she’ll have to return to the Dark Court and suppress the rebellion by order of the king. She becomes the puppet—and the personal warrior—of the Jester, but she doesn’t want to be a pawn in the hands of a man. Tempest is determined to find her enemies and carve her way forward, even if it’s filled with tears, regret, and shards of her shattered heart.
