Yvianne and her sisters managed to escape captivity by the Supreme King, but the threat to the world of people has not gone away. A demon is preparing a brutal revenge, and his next strike must be stopped as soon as possible.
Regulus grows stronger every day. He has the Coins of Abundance and samarium—metal that makes the enemy army no longer vulnerable to magic. The only hope of turning the tide of the war lies in an antidote, one that only witches can create.
But everything is going off script: an ancient grimoire, a family book of spells, reveals to the witches a mysterious prophecy from the depths of ages. Now Yvianne must step one and a half thousand years into the past to decipher the message. Perhaps that is where the key to saving the future of the entire world is hidden.
