A new science-fiction action thriller from the author of bestsellers “The Youngest Lieutenant” and “Get Out of the Fight!”
A new operation of history-correctors—sent from our time back to April 1944, right into the hottest fighting for Sevastopol, where Soviet naval infantry, nicknamed “black death,” finishes off surrounded Hitlerites. A new mission for an intelligence group from the future, which must change the course of history—turning the assault on Sevastopol and the liberation of Crimea from a severe defeat for the Wehrmacht into a military catastrophe comparable to Stalingrad.
