Birth of an Empire

What are planets? In essence, they’re the same as stones... They, too, have to be collected—and the more, the better. The main character, Cain Innocent, takes part directly in the collection as an agent of Onyx, the leader of space pirates, torn between the duty that orders him to put an end to piracy and a possible threat to all of humanity—one he himself doesn’t really believe in. But what if the threat is real? Then only Onyx can repel it, because he has some kind of plan.
