One day, a young radio enthusiast stumbles upon an illegal dumping site for household waste in a remote place far from the city. Discovering plenty of damaged equipment, parts of which, however, could be used for repairs, he develops the habit of visiting the dump now and then to pick up spare parts. On one of his visits, incredible music reaches his ears. Driven by curiosity, the main character climbs higher and sees a girl with looks not typical for Japan, sitting at the keys of a large black grand piano.
