Time-traveler women come in different kinds. Zhenka, of course, read about that. Some of them are lucky enough to end up in a "magic world" with princes, dragons, and unicorns—to become a great mage or, at the very least, some kind of princess! But some… aren’t so lucky…

So what do you do if you’re a pretty, not-so-dumb, and quite successful student—and you suddenly realize that you’ve been transported… and not into some fairy tale at all? In the world where you ended up, instead of magic there’s technology; instead of dragons and unicorns, there are starships; and, for some reason, there’s no abundance of handsome princes. At least not yet...
