Moscow high society gathers for a grand evening in honor of the Silver Age poets. Among journalists and other invited guests, at the event is the well-known detective Dedim, a name surrounded by legend. Rapturous speeches are followed by screams of horror. Sniper shots kill the oligarch’s guards and the head of the Duma faction. The boys-waiters drop their clown costumes and reveal their true faces: heavily armed fanatic-terrorists.
Dedim manages to escape. He and his unwilling assistant—private detective Lyuusha Shatova, who arrived at the crime scene after learning that one of the villains is a familiar orphan boy—try to stand up to the band and, most importantly, want to get to the truth: WHO stands behind organizing the terrorist attack?
