In room 217 of the traumatic brain injury clinic, something has awakened. Something evil.
Brady Hartsfield, Mr. Mercedes, the perpetrator of the massacre at the civic center who killed eight innocent people and seriously wounded many others, had spent five years as a vegetable in the traumatic brain injury clinic.
