We left Alex at the most interesting moment: on the one hand, an unclear techno-morph; on the other, enraged villagers… Where to run? From whom to hide? Whom to fight?

As always, the plot makes a sharp turn, and the reader together with the main character will end up somewhere completely different, in completely different circumstances. In the second part of the saga, it will become clear how Alex gets out of this mess — and… winds up in the next one! As they say, if you ended up somewhere, then you did—!
