At the very edge of the world stands the tavern "Polar NoWhere"—the last stop for lost souls before the road into the anomalous Boundless Expanse. Here, they don’t pay with money, but with memories: bright longing, righteous fury, or quiet peace. One day, on the threshold appears Nova—a girl with no past, who has nothing to give in return.

Breaking his own rules, the tavern’s owner, Cailas, dares a dangerous and questionable experiment. He will try to create a soul for Nova—filling her with emotions gathered drop by drop from other people’s fates. He shares with her the thrill of the first snowfall and the patience of an old baker, hoping to shape from shining fragments a whole, harmonious personality.

But every new "flavor" awakens in Nova not only the ability to feel, but also the echo of her own secret—frightening and growing ever more distinct. Why did she lose her memory? What unpredictable power sleeps within her? And what will happen when the created soul encounters the horror of her real past?
