Conquering the General

My boss is a real genius—and a genius-level jerk. I gave him years of my life, believing that he values me, until I heard him joking about my looks. Should I punish that impudent hunk? Slap him in the nose? My friends advise me to change myself, but I think: let him slobber over me—the way I am. The only question is: do I even have a chance to conquer that heartless womanizer who sees in me only an ideal assistant with not-ideal looks?
