After another string of unsuccessful relationships, Ariana throws herself into work until she drives herself into emotional burnout. She has a strange dream that terrifies her to the point of trembling: an unfamiliar girl is held captive, her hands and feet are tied, and in the air you can sharply feel the approach of imminent death. Following the advice of a psychologist, Ariana takes a vacation and goes to Malta to rest.
However, after returning, the dream of the tortured captive girl comes back—and later it turns out the same dream is happening to three other people too. At first, it would be nothing special, but there’s one problem: the girls who dreamed about the stranger begin to disappear, and one of the missing girls is found dead in a valley. Ariana starts to fear for her life—could it be her who is next? And what is really happening? How is she connected to the trio, if she’s never seen them in her life? Why won’t the captive girl from her dreams leave her alone? And why does a connection instantly arise between Ariana and Dominique at the first meeting—an eerie feeling that they knew each other before, even though they’ve never met?
