England in the late 16th century. A fiery aristocrat, Orlando, spends his days in unrestrained fun and endless celebrations that fill the life of Queen Elizabeth’s court.

Her Majesty is so captivated by a handsome sixteen-year-old young man that, dying, she grants him a large sum of money and blesses him with a long life without aging of the soul or withering of the flesh. The royal word is law. And now Orlando will remain young and beautiful forever. But then something inexplicable happens.

After going to Constantinople, Orlando wakes up after several days of sleep and finds himself in a woman’s body.
