In the novel by the famous Italian writer Donato Carrisi “The Shadow Hunter,” Marcus, a priest investigating crimes—sometimes even ones unknown to the police—and Sandra Vega, a forensic photographer, are at work again. While shooting scenes of the crime, Sandra sometimes closes her eyes as her camera captures the smallest details. The backdrop is Rome—a dark night city far from colorful postcards—where an invisible killer is stalking the couples in love. In the chase for the shadow of Evil, Marcus and Sandra join forces. They need to understand what drives the killer—and, above all, how to track down and neutralize the monster.
