The novel “The Fiery Cross” (the author labels it “a historical confession”) is written on a documentary basis and devoted to the October Revolution and the Civil War. The author reinterprets, in a new way, the history of the birth and development of Leninism and Bolshevism in Russia. Bringing accusations against the Bolsheviks for killing all democratic movements in Russia, Yuri Vlasov points to the tragic consequences that the 1917 revolution brought upon the fate of the country.
