The New Book on Raw Food, or Why Cows Are Predators

The New Book on Raw Food, or Why Cows Are Predators

3 hrs. 30 min.
Description
Like most Soviet people, by the age of thirty the author had formed a standard menu: fried eggs and sandwiches for breakfast, first/second/third courses at lunch, and a hearty dinner with a bottle of beer. So by forty he had arrived with extra weight and a whole bouquet of illnesses—the price of “balanced” nutrition that the body can’t properly digest or absorb.
He didn’t want to be sick, fat, and sluggish. That’s why he began searching for the right way of eating—harmonious for a person—and that search succeeded! Moreover, on the path to healthy eating, the author discovered many surprising things for himself.
It turned out that cows are actually predators, lions are herbivores, and a person is defenseless against cooked food that is poisonous to the body! But the most important discovery is that raw food isn’t a diet—it’s nutrition that precisely matches the way the human digestive system works, allowing you to eat as much as you like and still be healthy and slim.
