— Find me that girl from the bar.

— The one who wouldn’t let you off to the other world?

— Her—specifically.

— I’ve already looked into it and dug up some information on her. Here—take it.

I open my mail and, after reading the first two lines, I slam my coffee cup onto the table.

— No way! Where is this miracle right now?

— Where it should be. In jail. They’ll throw her away—use her up—for that kind of money.

I pause, tapping my pen on the table.

— Check through your channels—whether she’s a “virgin” or not.

— Why do you need that? Do you want her yourself, so you can take revenge on her?
