I rush to the kids’ room to find my daughter’s swimsuit. And then I bump into some long-haired blonde woman who—somehow—walks around the house in my red lace robe.
I’m in shock. And in the next second I see how my husband bursts out of the kitchen, wearing only an apron on his bare body and in his underwear.
“Oops, Christina, you’re here? I thought you’d gone to the water park,” he says as if nothing happened.
I stand there with round eyes, not knowing how to react. I really want to scream out loud.
“Mom, did you find the swimsuit?” I hear from the hallway.
The children are waiting there—and that’s the only thing keeping me from a breakdown.
