At that very moment, when I was desperately looking for work, a friend suggested a job as a secretary in a large company. My boss was supposed to be a charming young man, but the position was already taken, and they offered me an interview with the other boss. The amazing, splendid man turned out to be an outright monster, terrorizing everyone in the company. I’m afraid of him, but there’s no choice—and the salary is the limit of my dreams. Will we be able to work together? And how do you tame a monster if you don’t even realize that the monster itself has plans to tame you?!
