The People of the Great Spirit

A group of 7th-century British Celtic people of the Dumnonii tribe, who failed to escape a raid by wild Saxons and ended up in the Stone Age, gradually settle into the Fire Tribe—coming to realize that they will have to live there for their whole lives. Will the newcomers be able to understand and accept the way of life set by the Progressors for a society made up of people from different tribes and peoples? How will differences in worldview affect both them and others? Will Father Boniface succeed in his epic plan to create the Scripture of the Sixth Day of Creation?
