Description

The district town of Brat’kovo is split in half between Russia and Ukraine. It so happened that many villagers of Russian origin ended up in Ukraine, while Ukrainians found themselves in Russia. In the middle of the village stands a tower—customs—alongside the border runs a concrete wall. The villagers speak a mix of languages and mostly deal in smuggling. A NATO official, American John Strang, arrives at the home of Mr. Kushner, a member of the Verkhovna Rada who has his residence on the edge of the village. Learning that a mutant is roaming the area, the American decides to get hold of it at any cost…
