This is a small, amateur fanfic based on the Macross universe. It’s the backstory of the Macrocc ZERO series told through the eyes of a young test pilot of the newest experimental fighter jets. Even before the space fortress SDF-1, which emerged from hyperspace and fell to Earth… even before humanity was forced to unite against the Zentraedi—giant races genetically grown for war, hunting for the fortress, or more precisely, for what was on board it… On Earth, the UN and an “Anti-UN” from the North-East Earth Confederation—into which Russia also belonged—clashed in a war that hadn’t been declared yet…
