The third part of Yana Lekchina’s trilogy “Likho” is finally out!
This is a story about battling fears, consequences, and tenderness— as well as the cycle of revenge.
A sorcerer whose existence is tied to a silver needle passes his knowledge to a young witch. He realizes that exposing him will cost him his love and his life. While it hasn’t happened yet, he continues building plans for revenge against an old enemy, even though he understands he’s gone too far.
The witch tries to save herself from the monster, fearing that its creator is a close person. But sometimes women are braver than they think. They can defeat a sorcerer not with force, but by simply asking the right question: “Where are you hiding your death?”
Some mages set traps for the monster; others plan the next steps. The sorcerer who unleashed this chaos realizes he crossed the line, but he doesn’t know how retribution will come. Like in fairy tales, the hero discovers the secret weakness of the evil sorcerer—yet most often it’s the sorcerer himself who reveals it to the woman he has feelings for. However, such confessions rarely lead to happy endings for villains.
