The familiar world is dead.
Nearly all people are dead. The remnants of humankind have hidden themselves in various shelters, seeking to survive. The whole planet looks like a boxer’s face after a devastating fight. ZOMBIES have taken over the Earth, and that isn’t even the worst thing you can encounter in the streets of your hometown. But nobody knows where they came from.
It all happened too quickly. Yesterday—three ordinary teenagers, with their dreams and plans for the future; today—mussed and splattered with dried blood, exhausted by punishing heat and the absence of food, aged by ten years in just a couple of months, yet still fighting boys.
No matter what, they remain the best of friends, going shoulder to shoulder through every trial life throws at them.
Will they all be able to survive and get through this HELL? What awaits humankind? And where did these creatures come from? What—or who—lurks behind the scenes of a theater whose stage is where a planetary catastrophe unfolds? The solution is staggering in its unusualness and, at the same time, in its simplicity. However, as is known, the answers that open up generate even more new questions.
