Nine months ago, Sadie Green quit a boring office job in the suburbs of Chicago and became the owner of the French cycling-tour company “PéDAli.” Now she lives in a charming French village and is ready to show her friends, including her former boss from the House of Appleton, all the delights of France and cycling.
