Anastasia Allen has long dreamed of making it to the national team of the United States. Her dream seems close to coming true when she receives a scholarship at the University of California in Maple Hills and a spot on the figure skating team.
However, she has to face Nate Hawkins, the captain of the local hockey team—meaning she must share both training time and the ice rink with him.
Nate is focused on his team’s success, and things get difficult when, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hockey players are forced to train together with the figure skaters. Anastasia, in turn, is clearly not thrilled about having hockey players nearby.
