Wolf's Perfect World

This is the story of a Captain who comes from our time. Now, in 2021, he’s no more than twelve years old, and the events described in the book happen perhaps about eighty years later. No, our hero didn’t fall into a sleep-like coma—he lived through all those years without dropping out of reality for a single day. The whole thing is that in 2048 technology for slow aging will be invented, and the Captain ended up among the lucky ones to whom it worked—meaning that, almost a hundred years old though he is, he’s still no more than forty.

His partner was born already in the new world, and she never saw the life before pandemics, coups, the division of cities into sectors, and the closing of the borders.

Everything the Captain tells her sounds like a fantastic story. But in the new world, despite all the achievements of science—though rather one-sided—crime and criminals still exist. Which means there is still a police force, where the Captain and his young partner work.
