Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark survived the Hunger Games—because, as everyone knows, there can be only one winner. With her act—broadcast across all of Panem—Katniss and Peeta triggered a storm of mass unrest among the people. Traveling through the districts on the “victory tour,” the heroes receive support from the crowds and, whether they want it or not, become symbols of a revolutionary uprising.
