Mr. Mage: Graduate

It seems that not long ago, Petya Ptakhin worked as a clerk in a haberdashery shop. Then, by chance, he discovers magical abilities and enters the city academy of Bayan. And soon Pyotr becomes a fifth-rank healer. Ahead of him lies three years of service work by assignment. Where will they send the young mage? But he shouldn’t even hope to be sent to a quiet place. The Far East, the north of the Arkhangelsk Governorate, and finally the town of Zhatks—everywhere Petya Ptakhin is needed! A brave, enterprising, skillful healer who also masters shaman magic.
