In the gloomy, eternal castle, childhood passes quickly. Titus grows up—the boy becomes a young man. But his coming of age is poisoned by a series of rituals and deaths. He dreams of freedom, and the embodiment of that dream is his wet-nurse sister, the little daughter of Kedа.
But will he manage to break out of the suffocating walls? Can he resist the evil that Styrпайк sows? Will he keep and protect his loved ones from danger?
Continuation and the resolution of the events of the first book. The heroes will face trials, and the dark halls of the castle will become cleansing. But the main question for Titus is posed at the end: “Where do you want to go, if besides Gormenghast there is nothing?”
