What could happen if an adult’s mind ended up in a child’s body? And the body is, in fact, your own—but the “run” on it is only seven years, while the brains have nearly half a century behind them. Two higher educations and a difficult military service. Plus experience that no child would dream of in their worst nightmare. And yet, every time you behave badly, they try to put you in the corner, and let you go out at best until eight hours. And school is a forge for creators of developed socialism, where you could easily teach yourself. And Soviet policemen, who in reality are far from the ideal of Uncle Stepan. On the streets, there’s hooligan scum—unaware even of the lofty moral code of a builder of communism. And not only scum—there are sharks and even scarier ones!
There are two paths for such a “peculiar” child, two possible choices of behavior. First—rewrite your entire life anew, from draft to clean copy, with no mistakes or misunderstandings, without grief and sadness. Or the second—“let it all burn with blue flames.” Where are that scum and those other “terrifying sharks”? We’ll fight! In the end, “I didn’t ask to be here”! The hero chose the second option. So there was no time to be bored…
