Gigi Graham set herself three goals: to join a women’s national hockey team, win Olympic gold, and step out of the shadow of her famous father. Everything is going well—if you don’t count two problems. One is minor, and the other is a serious obstacle. She needs to improve her skills behind the net, and for that she’ll need help from Luke Ryder.
Ryder is tall, athletic, full of himself, sometimes a bit rough—but incredibly attractive.
His university team has merged with Briar, and now they have a shared hockey team, where newcomers are at each other’s throats. Ryder, as captain, wants to become a coach at a camp founded by the legendary Garrett Graham. But their first meeting with Garrett goes badly.
At the very best moment, Garrett’s daughter suddenly needs training. Luke is ready to help her with her skills, and she, in turn, can recommend him to her father—an ideal deal.
The only catch is the chemistry between them. The tension is palpable, and my head is spinning…
The game they get pulled into is dangerous, but maybe it’s worth the risk.
