And in the end, I got dragged into the showdown of three sides, one of which I still don’t know. On top of that, I received a kidnapped girl, a proposal of an alliance from a well-wisher whose servant ate an innocent person, and a Hand that keeps a close watch on me—the council of five temple-men, whose word carries far from the last weight not only in the Firal commandery, but across the whole order of my dear patron.
