I don’t know what it’s like now, but back then—if you asked any child, at least in the 1980s—what they dreamed of, you would hear the most common answer of the time. Almost all the children on Earth dreamed of flying to the stars: discovering new planets, exploring new worlds. But none of them ever wondered what such curiosity might lead to. What dangers await those who could become brave enough to go there, into the darkness of outer space—even if they hide behind some advanced technologies. And moreover… what will happen to their children there, left alone with a foreign world… and perhaps even without technologies that seem familiar to their parents*…
