The 21st century. In this world, the Russian Empire is a great superpower. But the higher its successes, the more diligently its numerous enemies—especially Britain—take secret and overt steps against it. In Poland—the center of vice and demagoguery—a meaningless and bloody rebellion flares up. In Persia, the Russian ambassador and spy prince Vorontsov involuntarily becomes a participant in an anti-government conspiracy. Afghanistan seeks to crush the invincible northern neighbor with the help of the “white death”—heroin. Local bandits kidnap hundreds of Russian children, boys and girls, turning them into slaves and victims of the sexual pleasures of the fat masters of this place. The heir to the Russian throne, the Tsarevich Nikolay—with the approval of the Sovereign—prepares the operation “Cast Lead,” meant to punish the scoundrels. The center for training terrorists in Kabul is destroyed as well. Retribution comes from the sky, because there are no earthly borders for vengeance.
