The near future. The world we’re used to has undergone significant changes. Modern society, striving to establish peace on Earth, found the source of all its troubles—love.

In the new world, love—or amor deliria—is recognized as the most dangerous disease, and anyone “infected” may pay very dearly for those feelings that arose so inconveniently. To prevent amor deliria, the Procedure—an act of cleansing a person’s memory of the past, which carries the germs of this disease—was introduced for everyone who reached the age of 18.

Lina is one of the residents of this new world; she has only a few months left until the Procedure. Lina longs to undergo the Procedure, fearing that she will meet the fate of her mother, who came under the influence of amor deliria. And she would surely have gone through the path of most law-abiding citizens, if fate had not sent her someone who sharply changed her view of the situation in the world around her. Trying to defend her beliefs and preserve the feelings that have begun to grow, Lina will be forced to run from the hostile world. But that doesn’t mean she will be allowed to escape so easily…
