Being stationed in a small garrison on the border of Siberia and China is a form of exile… But not for someone who was sent there straight from the front lines of the Fourth Magical World War. However terrifying the creatures living in the protected forests might be, they still roam in packs rather than army corps. Smugglers and bandits definitely aren’t looking for meetings with soldiers—in fact, they do everything to avoid them.
