The female body is a mystery both for men and for women themselves. Not everything we know about our anatomy: awareness of one’s own sexuality doesn’t always bring confidence—or comes at all; thoughts about sexually transmitted infections trigger panic; and pregnancy and other joys of women’s life, although desirable, still bring plenty of worries. So here’s the thing: ignorance does not release you from responsibility! At least responsibility for understanding the processes that happen to us and for managing the possibilities of our female life. Knowing your body’s features and its resources, you can significantly improve your life, build your own female (specifically!) physical happiness, create your intimate world of relationships with your body and with the surrounding world.
My clinical experience as a male doctor suggests that deep knowledge of male psychology combined with a female view of the situation will help you reveal your femininity and start understanding yourself—and your men—better.
