“Black Spectrum” is a science-fiction novel by Sergey Panchenko, the second book of the eponymous cycle. Genre: post-apocalypse, action sci-fi. More than ten years have passed since the events of the first book. The world has changed radically, and first of all human society—split into two camps. The majority that hasn’t been converted, which didn’t succumb to the “black spectrum,” and the converted minority that has immunity and deadly, extremely dangerous traits for the unconverted majority. The former, out of fear and because they couldn’t live freely in the new world, subdued the latter, turning them into obedient slaves.
