A serial killer has appeared in the city, hunting young women. The victims have no physical resemblance and belong to different social groups, making it difficult to understand the motives behind the choice of targets. The only thing they have in common is the presence of tattoos they wanted to have removed. Perhaps this is the key to catching the criminal and his inciting fan base.
