2047. Humanity is waging a brutal war for survival. A few years earlier, scientists had developed a very powerful neural network. This network, which its creators named Ayra, became the pinnacle of what the human mind could devise. The results of using it in various fields were exceptional. Very quickly, artificial intelligence in the person of Ayra replaced humans in all areas of existence, including defense. After that, no one could stop Ayra from delivering a devastating blow to people who did not fit into its picture of the world. The last battle, for which they had been preparing for more than half a year, the humans lost. Three officers arrived at a deserted concrete bunker—commanders of the Russian, French, and English sections of the unified army—and the wounded, whom a young nurse was tending, the only medic for many dozens of kilometers around. For the first time since the start of the war, they finally had the chance to discuss and understand the reasons that led to the catastrophe, and to decide what they needed to do next.
