Prince Ada Welzevul is deeply concerned about irregularities in the accounting of sinful souls sent to Hell. The sinners die, but do not end up in Hell. So what’s the matter?
He finds out that a new massively multiplayer online role-playing game with full immersion has appeared on Earth, and dead people connected to the game at that moment remain there.
Alarmed, he sends his emissary—a demon named Rimmmon—to the game to разобраться with the situation and to spread the worship of Satan in it.
On Earth, the corporation that launched the global massively multiplayer online role-playing game controls all information and financial flows.
Rimmmon, being an unregistered character with no account, appears in the game as an untracked by the system mob. As a mob, he exists there, but interacts with players by posing as an NPC—and later, as a player. Rimmmon plunges into the surrounding world and reveals all his true demonic talents. He betrays, steals, and kills. He levels up and becomes stronger, developing unique skills and abilities. He makes acquaintances and increases his reputation.
He decides to throw Welzevul away and turn this world not into a branch of Hell, but into his own personal underworld—appointed as its rightful Lord.
He has no friends—only temporary allies and slaves. After all, he’s a demon...
