Helga Vojik (Helga Wojik) is the creative pseudonym of a popular illustrator. She is known mainly for creating collectible cards for Western publishers, including famous companies like Marvel and DC Comics. Over time, Helga Vojik decided that creating her own authored graphic-novel worlds required more than just drawing—so she began not only to draw, but also to write. That’s how the book “Abbar. Ash and Wings” appeared, published by Eksmo with the author’s illustrations.

The novella “Monsters Under the Stairs” was written by Helga Vojik for the children’s and teen science-fantasy/literary contest “Territory F,” bringing her victory.
