Alexandrovsky Cadets. Volume 1

The Russian Empire, 1908. Very similar to the one that was—yet still different: here the Emperor Alexander the Third still sits on the throne, and children in schools read Pushkin poems written during the siege of Sevastopol. But this empire, too, stands on the brink of great upheavals… Popular unrest begins, underground activists make plans for an uprising, and young people dream of freedom. However, for the boys enrolled in the Alexandrovsky Cadet Corps, this isn’t a reason to put off their studies. Life is still going on as usual: cadets solve problems, analyze battle schemes, make friends and quarrel with one another. True, in six years catastrophe will still break out. But can it be prevented? And what do mysterious underground tunnels under the corps building have to do with it?
