It all started because of a guy who once walked into my tavern. And then— a spell, a kiss, a flash… And suddenly I’m at the academy, learning light-magic, running from night creatures, and living with this very guy under the same roof. He saves me from trouble with the same ease that he drives me to the brink. He makes me breakfast and leaves the door to his bedroom open. He’s one big problem— but it seems we’re somehow connected.
