In 1942, Nazi Germany was on its last breath, and only one decisive blow by the Allies remained for the second anti-Hitler coalition. Very little was left—and for the Third Reich everything would end at once. At the same time, in 2019 the Russian Federation, cutting through the Gordian knot of the unworkable Minsk agreements, passed the point of no return in its relations with the Collective West. Now the future will not resemble the previous version—not only of the world of Comrade Stalin, but also of our alternative present from the world of the Gates. The struggle will be long and stubborn—not only on the front, but also in the economy. One can return from this battle either with a shield—or on a shield.
